Heart City Health Center is looking for people just like you who are interested in joining our clinical or clerical staff, board of directors, and volunteer group. As a team member you will play an important role in helping community members receive access to a health care home that provides quality medical services that they can afford.
Established in 1993, Heart City Health Center is a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization specializing in primary health care for the uninsured, low income, Medicaid reliant, and those finding barriers to traditional health care.
Heart City Health Center is a team of dedicated staff and volunteers focusing on wellness, disease prevention, and education, while providing medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and dental services.
Take the lead and help Heart City Health Center provide access to Quality Affordable primary health care for Elkhart County.
